Construction and operation of a new Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) which will accept up to 400 tons per day of construction and demolition materials. The facility will be located at the existing Redwood Landfill in Marin County and share the same gate and traffic/vehicle limitations. Processing of these materials will occur under tarpaulin covers but not be contained within a building.
