Document Description
Marin County is the lead agency, pursuant to the State Guidelines for the CEQA, for the preparation of this Addendum to the 2008 Redwood Landfill FEIR. The Addendum reviews proposed changes to the approved "Mitigated Alternative," which was analyzed in the 2008 FEIR. The changes reviewed in this Addendum are referred to as the Redwood Landfill Compost Facility Expansion and Materials Recovery Facility Project. This Addendum has been prepared by the County of Marin in accordance with CEQA, the State of California CEQA Guidelines, and the Marin County Environmental Impact Review Guidelines.
