Document Description
Request to amend the Diablo Grande Specific Plan to allow 342 additional housing units in the Phase 1 PDP area, to increase the number of detached units and decrease the number of attached units by adding a "Medium Density" detached designation to the land use plan, to add 107 housing units in the Entry Area, provide for a permanent fire station location, and add an additional park. This proposal is entirely within the previously approved Diablo Grande Specific Plan area. All environmental review previously completed for the project anticipated modifications and expansions of uses similar to those proposed.
