Improve the operation and safety movement of people and goods on approximately 10 kilometers (6 miles) of Interstate 215 and short segments of SR-91 and 60 in the cities of Riverside and Moreno Valley in Riverside County. Add an EB & WB High Occupancy Vehicle lane, construct flyover & by-pass connectors, widen ramps and construct a truck climbing lane from University Avenue to Fredrick Street.
