It is proposed to improve about 10 kilometers (km) (6 miles [mi.] of Interstate-215 (I-215) and short segments of State Routes (SR) 60 and 91 in the Cities of Riverside and Moreno Valley, Riverside County, California. Proposed improvements would extend from: north of the Eucalyptus Avenue Interchange (IC) to north of the Columbia Avenue IC on I-215; south of the Mission Inn Avenue IC to the I-215/SR-60 IC (referred to as the East Junction) to Day Street in the City of Moreno Valley on SR-60. Right of way and construction cost ranges from about $272 million to $276 million, depending on the build alternative.
