Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment to the Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0157-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, RTG Investment, LLC. The Project amendment is limited to extending the vegetation removal within streams plus a 100-foot buffer from February 1 to February 15. For any vegetation removal between February 1 to February 15, the Designated Biologist shall conduct an avian nest survey at every tree location prior to any removal. Vegetation will need to be removed within 3 days of this avian nest survey. If any active nests are found, the Designated Biologist shall implement a buffer (300 feet for non-raptors/500 feet for raptors) where no vegetation will be removed within this buffer until after September 15.
