Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0157-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, RTG Investment, LLC. The project is limited to the construction of the Agua Dulce Residential Development Project on approximately 164 acres of land, which includes the development of 68 single-family residential units. The subject property comprises 70 contiguous parcels and consists of 12 drainages. The proposed project shall grade and fill the majority of existing watercourses (10 out of 12) and install a system of stormwater drains to manage flow post-construction. Stormwater facilities includes 31 inlet structures with desilting basins at the top of the slope; terrace drains, down drains, and interceptor drains to be installed above and below ground; and outlet structures to direct flow into five (5) water detention basins at the base of the south-facing slope on the project site.
