NOP - Notice of Preparation of a Draft EIR
The project to be analyzed in the EIR includes three inter-related components: 1) the proposed City of Foster General Plan Land Use and Circulation Element Update 2) an amendment to the City of Foster City General Plan Land Use Map and 3) a separate, stand-alone Climate Action Plan document. These components are collectively referred to as the "project" or "proposed project" and provide the basis for the environmental analysis.
