Rancho Murieta Bridge Crossing Amendment: 1. A Zoning Ordinance Amendment to amend the condition of three existing Zoning Ordinances (77-PD-10J), Section 178; SZC 93-0050, Section 227; and SCZ 93-0052, Section 205) covering Rancho Murieta South regarding construction of a pedestrian/bicycle bridge crossing between Rancho Murieta North and South. The amendment language, to be developed during County staff analysis and through the hearing process, intends to outline possible connection alternatives and potential financial obligation of the proponents, and successors in interest. Lakeview Map Resubmission: 1. A Resubmission of a Tentative Subdivision Map to divide 40.4+/- acres into 181 single family lots on property zoned RD-7(PD), and 2. An exception from Title 22.110.070(e) of the Land Development Ordinance to allow certain lots to be created with a depth that exceeds three times their width.
