Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (#R3-2000-1181) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Dennis Powell. The applicant prposes to construct a roadway embankment at the western terminus of an unnamed intermittent creek, approximately 25 feet of unvegetated creekbed shall be filled. The project is located near Chaboya Road in San Jose.
