IN ADDITION, OPERATING HOURS WOULD BEGIN AS EARLY AS 6:00 A.M. OR CONTINUE AS LATE AS 8:00 P.M., IT BEGIN STIPULATED THAT THE SITE WOULD ONLY OPERATE DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS.
