Document Description
The proposed project consists of a General Plan Amendment (00308773-PGA), Zone Change 00308775-PZC), Master Plan / Transfer of Development Rights (00340287-PMPC) to allow for the development of 1,380 dwelling units, 19,700 sq. ft. of rental use, and 90,000 square feet of office uses on a 42.73-acre site in Planning Area 36 in the Irvine Business Complex (IBC). The proposed project also consists of Tentative Tract Map 16590 (00350096-PTT), a Park Plan (00348711-PPP), and a Development Agreement (003330616-PDA). Regional access is provided from the San Diego (I-405) Freeway and Costa Mesa (SR-55) Freeway.
