Document Description
The proposed project consists of a General Plan Amendment (00367059-GPA), Zone Change (00367058-PZC), Conditional Use Permit (00375939-PCPU), and Tentative Tract Map (00383272-PTT), and Park Plan (00383910-PPP) to allow for the development of a 61 dwelling unit expansion for the Campus Center Apartments. The 61 unit expansion in combination with two units from a previous apartment allotment will result in a total of 63 units. The total land area of the combined apartment project is 7.79 acres resulting in a density of 52 dwelling units per acre. The General Plan Amendment will increase the maximum number of residential units allowed in Planning Area 36 by 61 units. A Zone Change is being proposed to change the zoning designation of the residential portion of the site from 5.1 IBC Multi-Use to 5.3C IBC Residential.
