Document Description
The proposed project consists of a General Plan Amendment (00377768-GPA), Zone Change (00377769-PZC), Conditional Use Permit (00379997-PCPU), and Tentative Tract Map (00379999-PTT) to allow for the development of a four-story residential complex totaling 156 dwelling units over two levels of subterranean parking on a 3.5-acre site. The site is currently developed with 22,657 square feet of retail and 3,836 square feet of office. The General Plan Amendment will increase the maximum number of residential units allowed in PA 36 by 156 units and decrease the IBC Maximum Gross Square Footage by 18,203. A Zone Change application is being proposed to change the zoning designation of the residential portion of the site from 5.1 IBC Multi-Use to 5.3CA IBC Residential. The project also includes recreational facilities.
