Document Description
The proposed project consists of a General Plan Amendment (00365093 - PGA), Zone Change (00365094 - PZC), Conditional Use Permit (00375131 - PCPU), Park Plan (00375132 - PPP), Tentative Tract Map (00379598 - PTT) to allow for the development of a 179 multi-family condominium units on a 3.76 acre site. The entry to the project is located off of Alton Parkway. The proposed plan includes dwelling units ranging in size from 605 square feet to 1,454 square feet. The units are arranged throughout a four-story U-shaped building. The development will contain a total of 375 parking spaces and two recreational areas. The primary private recreation area contains a lap swimming pool, two spas, nine shade cabanas, and an indoor fitness facility. The secondary private recreation area includes a tot lot play area, open lawn area intended for passive uses, and barbeque area with seating. Regional access is provided from the San Diego (I-405) Freeway and Costa Mesa (SR-55) Freeway.
