ANALYZE THE POSSIBLE ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS OF THE DRAFT LONG RANGE PLAN FOR THE KLAMATH RIVER BASIN CONSERVATION AREA FISHERY RESTORATION PROGRAM. THIS RESTORATION PROGRAM IS SEEKING TO REBUILD THE ANADROMOUS FISH POPULATIONS TO OPTIMUM LEVELS AND, IN DOING SO, SHOULD HAVE A WIDESPREAD BENEFICIAL EFFECT ON THE KLAMATH RIVER BASIN'S ENVIRONMENT.
