METHOD OF DREDGING WOULD BE BY CONTRACTOR CLAM- SHELL, HYDRAULIC OR HOPPER DREDGE. PERIOD OF OPERATION (1990) WILL BE BETWEEN MID-JULY TO MID-SEPTEMBER. (NEW YORK SLOUGH). REQUIRES REMOVAL OF APPROX. 40,000 CY OF SAND. SAME METHOD AS ABOVE. MID-JULY TO MID-SEPTEMBER.
