THE CITY PROPOSES TO IMPROVE PORTIONS OF THE EXISTING SOUTH NOVATO BLVD. BETWEEN ROWLAND BLVD. AND DIABLO AVENUE. THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT IS TO PROVIDE BICYCLE LANES, TURNING LANES AND SOME ADDITIONAL THROUGH-LANE CAPACITY TO MINIMIZE TRAVEL DELAY AND IMPROVE SAFETY FOR PEDESTRIANS, CYCLISTS AND MOTORISTS USING SOUTH NOVATO BLVD.
