The proposed project involves production at the Hartmann Road Gravel Plant of up to 80,000 cubic yards per year. This is a misunderstanding of the intent of the proposed Use Permit's (UP 00-05 and Up 99-2) specified in the previous staff report to the Planning Commission of September 14,2000. The proposed project involves a maximum limit of 50,000 cubic yards per year. Up 99-2 states in Condition A1: Total aggregate projection is limited to 30,000 cubic yards per year.
