THE AGGREGATE RESOURSE PLAN WILL SERVE AS A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF AGGREGATE RESOURCES IN LAKE CO. IT WILL ENCOMPASS IN-CHANNEL, FLOODPLAIN, TERRACE AND QUARRY RESOURCES. THE PLAN WILL ADDRESS MINING, PROCESSING AND TRANSPORT OF THESE RESOURCES AND WILL PROVIDE MANAGEMENT POLICES BASED ON A BALANCE BETWEEN DEMAND AND ENVIROMENTAL CONSTRAINTS.
