THE 173 OR MORE CONDO APARTMENTS WILL AVERAGE ABOUT 1400 SQ. FT. EACH. THERE WILL ALSO BE A TWO-STORY TOWNHOUSE CONFIGURATIONS AROUND SECOND LEVEL COURTYARD TERRACES.
