MILLVIEW COUNTY WATER DISTRICT'S EXISTING WATER SOURCE IS FROM A SERIES OF SHALLOW WELLS (40' +/- DEEP) INSTALLED AT THEIR EXISTING WATER TREATMENT PLANT AND THE WELLS ARE A MINIMUM 160' EAST OF THE RUSSIAN RIVER. THE WELLS FEED A 12" DIAMETER PVC MANIFOLD WHICH DELIVERS WATER TO THE TREATMENT PLANT.
