THE APPLICANTS ARE REQUESTING A USE PERMIT TO OPERATE A QUARRY. THE MINING OPERATION WILL CONSIST OF MINING, CRUSHING AND SCREENING AGGREGATES TO BE USED FOR ROAD BASE, LEACH ROCK AND VARIOUS BUILDING MATERIAL. A 90' KNOLL WILL BE LOWERED TO GRADE UPON COMPLETING QUARRYING. THE QUARRY SITE CONTAINS 10 AC. FIRE ACRES WILL BE USED FOR A PRO- CESSING SITE AND ROADWAY. A CONCURRENT RECLAMATION PLAN (RP-90-02) HAS BEEN FILED FOR THIS PROJECT.
