THE OPERATORS WILL LOWER A 90' ANDESITE KNOLL TO GRADE AND CRUSH THE MATERIAL FOR USE AS ROAD BASE, LEACH ROCK AND VARIOUS BUILDING MATERIAL. RE- CLAMATION WILL CONSIST OF RECONTOURING SLOPES (3:1) AND REVEGETATING WITH WHEATGRASS AND ALFALFA.
