THE DRAFT PLAN MAKES PROPOSED RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE PLAN- NING OF COMMERCIAL FISHING AND RECREATIONAL BOATING FACILITI ES,SHORELINE AND PUBLIC ACCESS, TRAFFIC CIRCULATION AND PARK ING IMPROVEMENTS, VISITOR-SERVING FACILITIES, WILDFIFE HABIATS AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, HAZARDS REDUCTION AND MINOR CHANGES TO LAND-USE CLASSIFICATIONS. THE INITIAL STUDY HAS DETERMINED THAT THERE WILL NOT BE A SIGNIFICANT EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT FROM THE PROPOSED DRAFT NOYO B HARBOR PLAN AND THAT A ND WILL BE PREPARED.
