NORTH OF CENTRAL AVE IN RICHMOND, ACROSS THE HOFFMAN MARSH, THEN CONTINUING SOUTH ADJACENT TO RYDIN ROAD TO CONNECT TO AN EXISTING SEWAGE PUMP STATION ON CENTRAL AVE.
