THE EXISTING TWO-LANE STEEL BRIDGE OVERCROSSING WOULD BE REPLACED WITH A FOUR-LANE CONCRETE STRUCTURE WITH BICYCLE LANES ON EACH SIDE AND A SIDEWALK ON THE EASTBOUND LANE SIDE.
