CONSTRUCTION OF THREE NEW COMMUNICATONS TOWERS HAVE BEEN PROPOSED IN OR NEAR FERNDALE, MCKINLEYVILLE, AND KNEELAND. CAL-ONE CELLULAR ALSO PROPOSED TO UTILIZE AN EXISTING TELE- COMMUNICATIONS TOWER OUTSIDE OF EUREKA.
