PROJECT SITE WILL CONSIST OF APPROX. 794,000 SQ.FT. + RETAIL/OFFICE AND SERVICE COMMERCIAL TYPE USES TO BE DEVELOPED IN STAGES OVER SEVERAL YEARS.
