PROJECT IS A MASTER PLAN FOR THE SAN FRANCISCO AIRPORT. SFO PROPOSES TO EXPAND ITS GROUND FACILITIES TO IMPROVE ITS ABILITY TO SERVE PASSENGERS. THE EXPANSION WOULD INCLUDE NEW TERMINALS, RECONFIGURED FREEWAY ACCESS, CONNECTIONS TO BART AS IT IS EXPECTED TO BE EXTENDED, CONSOLIDATION OF CARGO, MAINTENANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FACILITIES AND HOTEL/COMMERCIAL FACILITIES ON AIRPORT PROPERTY.
