INLAND ONTO STABLE MATERIAL AND DIS- POSING OF ABOUT 500,000 CUBIC YARDS OF CUT SLOPE BELOW THE EXISTING ALIGNMENT INTO ADJACENT COASTAL OCEAN WATERS.
