The project area is located on Brooks Road South between Arata Lane and Foothill Drive in the northeastern portion of the Town of Windsor in Sonoma County. Windsor Creek extends through the northwestern corrner of the park site. The project consists of constructing a flood water detention basin with an inlet/outlet structure on the east bank of Windsor Creek.
