Document Description
The proposed project would construct recreational facilities and a detention basin at Hiram Lewis Park, along the eastern bank of Windsor Creek. The site would be a dual-use facility designed to allow recreational use of the fields during most of the year. During severe storm events, a portion of the floods flows would be directed into the detention basin, and water would remain in the detention basin until water levels in the creek recede.
