TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (2.0 DU/AC) ON 150 ACRES, PRIVATE OPEN SPACE ON 30 ACRES AND INCLUSION OF THE ENTIRE SITE IN THE URBAN SERVICE AREA. THE APPLICANT PROPOSES TO DEVELOP 260 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLINGL UNITS ON 150 ACRES OF THE PROPERTY.
