IT ALSO PROVIDES FOR YARD WASTE TO BE COMPOSTED ON SITE, AS WELL AS FOR DIGESTED, DEWATERED MUNICIPAL WASTEWATER SLUDGE TO BE DISKED IN ON-SITE ONCE PER YEAR FOR UP TO 3 YEARS.
