THE WILLOW PASS ROAD INTERCHANGE IN WEST PITTSBURG WILL BE RECONSTRUCTED AS A PARTIAL CLOVERLEAF. TEMPORARY ACCESS ROADS TO PRIVATE PARCELS SOUTH OF THIS INTERCHANGE WILL ALSO BE CONSTRUCTED.
