CLOSE OFF FAIRVIEW AVENUE TO THROUGH TRAFFIC BY INSTALLING A TRAFFIC BARRICADE ABOUT 500' SE OF ARBUTUS COURT AT THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN THE COUNTY AND CITY OF HAYWARD. FAIRVIEW AVENUE WOULD BE OPEN TO MOTORISTS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BARRICADE, BUT DRIVING TO THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE BARRICADE WOUDL REQUIRE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE. PROVISION WOULD BE MADE FOR THROUGH ACCESS FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES.
