SITE EXTENDS ON THE EAST SIDE OF BIXLER ROAD FROM 2,600 FEET TO 16,000 FT. NORTH OF STATE ROUTE 4. SITE IS NORTHEAST OF THE EXISTING DISCOVERY BAY COMMUNITY. PROJECT INCLUDES REZONING, ANNEXATIONS, SPHERE OF INFLUENCE AMENDMENTS AND OTHER ENTITLEMENTS NECESSARY TO ALLOW THE LAND TO DEVELOP.
