THIS DEMAND IS GENERATED BY EXTENSIVE RESIDENTIAL GROWTH WHICH IS OCCURRING WITHIN THE DISTRICT CONSISTENT WITH THE GENERAL PLANS FOR SOLANO COUNTY, CITY OF FAIRFIELD AND THE CITY OF SUISUN CITY.
