NAPA SANITATION DISTRICT PROPOSES TO EXPAND ITS WASTEWATER TREATMENT AT THE SOSCOL TREATMENT PLANT IN ORDER TO PROVIDE RECLAIMED WATER TO DESIGNATED USERS FOR LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION. THE PROJECT HAS THREE MAJOR COMPONENTS: 1) MODIFICATIONS AND ADDITIONS TO THE SOSCOL TREATMENT PLANT; 2) DEVELOPMENT OF A STORAGE RESERVOIR AND PUMP STATION; AND 3) INSTALLATION OF TRANSMISSION AND DISTRIBUTION PIPELINES.
