REMAINS A LOCAL STREET PROVIDING ACCESS FOR LOS ALTOS RESIDENTS VERSUS A SECONDARY ACCESS ROUTE (COLLECTOR) FOR FUTURE DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY OF CUPERTINO. A LOCKED GATE IS PROPOSED IN ORDER TO PERMIT EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS; PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE THROUGH-TRAFFIC WOULD ALSO BE PERMITTED.
