R-1 DISTRICT AND R-3 DISTRICT ZONING IS PROPOSEDS TO FACILITATE FUTURE RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION. THE DENSITY OF DEVELOPMENT PROPOSED WOULD ALLOW BETWEEN 800 AND 1180 RESIDENCES AND A POPULATION OF BETWEEN 2600 AND 3750 PEOPLE.
