Document Description
Approval of Preliminary Site Plans for the Westland Development Company Office Building. Site Plans for the building per the DDA's scope of development include a 5-story, 54,000 square foot office building with the entry on 12th street and a structured canopy. Landscaping will include specific areas designed into the building facade to create an inviting entrance. Parking for the office building will be located in the County owned parking structure that will be built concurrently with the abutting the office building.
