THE PRIMARY LIMITS OF THE PROJECT AREA ARE FROM SHAW AVENUE ON THE NORTH, STATE HIGHWAY 99 ON THE WEST, BLACKSTONE AVENUE ON THE EAST, AND CLINTON AVENUE ON THE SOUTH.
