Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0215-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Tierra Del Rey Investors, LLC, as represented by Mr. Adam Smith. The Project is limited to impacts to areas subject to CDFW jurisdiction under Title 14, section 1600 et sec., within the Tierra Del Rey Residential Development Project site and its proposed off site improvement areas. The construction of the Project is part of a tract development that includes the development and construction of 84 residential units, seven open space lots, several paseos, and a new water quality basin on the east side of Leon Road on the approximately 29.52 acre site. The existing detention basin to the west of Leon Road will be expanded from 0.93 acre to 3.41 acres to accommodate storm water flows and residential runoff from the project site and nearby developments.
