Certification of an Addendum/Initial Study (IS 19-01) to FEIR6-90 and adoption of the Findings, Statement of Overriding Considerations, and MMRP; 2) Approval authorizing execution of the Disposition and Development Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Stockton and and Monte Vista Weber Point Grill, LLC; 3) Approve an agreement (grant deed) between the city and the Agency to convey City-owned property, on which the project will be built, to the Stockton Redevelopment Agency. All actions are related to the previously approved Use Permit (UP60-01 for a proposed restaurant and bar with-on sale general alcoholic beverages, dancing and live entertainment and the construction of a parking lot within the Stockton Channel Area and the Limited Architectural Control District for property located on the north side of Weber Avenue, between Commerce and Van Buren Streets.
