OF THIS ACREAGE APPROXIMATELY 711 ACRES ARE PROPOSED FOR RESIDENTIAL USE AND 34 ACRES FOR COMMERCIAL USE. THE VARIOUS DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS ARE BEING SPONSORED BY SEVEN INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY OWNERS.
