RPLACEMENT OF SUBTERRANIAN NATURAL GAS PIPELINE BY HORIZ- ONTAL DRILLING OF 13 INCH HOLE UNDER THE CHANNEL OF THE STANISLAUS RIVER. 850 FEET OF NEW 12 INCH PIPELINE WILL BE PULLED THROUGH THE HOLE AND WELDED AT EACH END TO EXISTINGF GAS PIPLINE. OLD PIPELINE WILL BE CUT TO GROUND LEVEL, EVALUATED THEN FILLED WITH NITROGEN GAS, SEALED AND ABANDONED IN PLACE.
