CDFW is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement ( SAA#1600-2013-0075-R6 [Revision 1]) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant: Hillwood Investment Properties, represented by Mr. John Magness, 901 Via Piemonte, Suite 175, City of Ontario, State of California, 91764, Phone (916) 382-0033. The North San Bernadino Business Park Project is limited to the development of approximately 1.8 square feet of new warehouse space on an 87.4-acre parcel. Development will also include associated parking spaces, lamdscaping, and two detention basins along the western boundaries of the project site.
