WATER IS PROPOSED TO EITHER BE SUPPLIED FROM THE AMADOR CANAL AND SERVED BY A COMMUNITY SYSTEM CONSTRUCTED BY THE DEVELOPER AND DEDICATED TO A PUBLIC ENTITY FOR OPRATION AND MAINTENANCE, OR SERVED BY THE DEVELOPER AND DEDICATED TO A PUBLIC ENTITY FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE, OR SERVED BY THE CENTRAL AMADOR WATER PROJECT (CAWP) SYSTEM. SEWAGE DISPOSAL IS TO BE BY A COMMUNITY COLLECTION TREATMENT SYSTEM CONSTRUCTED BY THE DEVELOPER AND DEDICATED TO PUBLIC ENTITY FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE AND/OR INDIVIDUAL ON-SITE SEPTIC SYSTEMS.
